2.3 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. If your information changes at a later date, you must notify db222 immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

It is your responsibility to keep your db222 account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. You will be held responsible for any transactions or bets made by a third party who accesses your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the db222 support team immediately. We use modern technology including SSL encryption to ensure fair play and data security, but there is no substitute for the user's own security practices.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account's identity verification is complete and the wagering requirements for any bonuses have been met. At the time of withdrawal, only the same payment method used for the deposit may be used.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳8,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of deposit and bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from that bonus are also cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• db222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

db222's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By remaining regularly active, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond. Detailed terms for cashback and VIP benefits are subject to change.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 System Usage Restrictions

The use of any bots, automated software, scripts, or programs on the db222 platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to find or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure.

6.2 Collusion & Money Laundering

Any form of collaborative betting that provides an unfair advantage, or any activity related to money laundering, is completely prohibited on this platform. If suspicious activity is detected, db222 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

6.3 Grounds for Account Termination

• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or violation of bonus terms.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Exploiting technical errors.
• Participating in illegal activities.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or if the result cannot be determined due to a technical error, db222 will consider refunding the amount of that bet.

7.2 Cricket & Other Sports Betting

In cricket betting, bets can be placed on supported markets in BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international tournaments. Examples of betting markets include match winner, top batsman, or wickets market in a Bangladesh vs India match. Use official sources to verify information about real clubs, players, or specific matches.

7.3 Betting Limits

db222 reserves the right to set betting limits for any member. The maximum bet amount in specific markets is subject to change. If a betting limit is exceeded, the excess amount will be automatically deducted.
